Who is responsible for your information

Centre Éducatif La Pierre, located at 2054 A Lapierre Street, LaSalle, Quebec H8N 2L1, is responsible for the protection of personal information collected through this site. In the absence of a specific designation, this responsibility rests with the person exercising the highest authority in the organization, namely the centre's management.

What we collect, and why

The visit request form collects only: your name, your email, your phone number, your child's age range, the preferred start date and, if you wish, a message. This information serves a single purpose: responding to your request and organizing your visit.

We deliberately do not ask for any medical information, documents, or detailed information about your child through this site. When such elements are required for registration, they are collected in person, in an appropriate setting.

We never sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Who your information passes through

When you submit the form, your information is transmitted to our request management tools: our customer relationship platform and our email inbox. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, and the form is protected against bots by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical data (such as your IP address) for security purposes.

Some of these providers may store data outside Quebec. We limit what is transmitted to them to the strict minimum described above.

Cookies and audience measurement

This site sets no non-essential cookies without your consent. If audience measurement tools are enabled, a banner lets you accept or refuse — refusing changes nothing about your browsing. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page.

The site uses your browser's local storage to remember your consent choice. This is strictly necessary to honour that choice.

Retention and security

Visit requests are kept for as long as needed to process them and follow up on your file, then deleted. Exchanges happen over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to the information is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.

No personal information is published on the site. Photographs of children are only published with the parents' prior written authorization.

Your rights

You may request access to the information we hold about you, its correction if inaccurate, or its deletion. You may also withdraw your consent at any time.
